In the Dough is the blogchild of Brasserie Bread.
Day to day, chefs and restaurant owners get their delivery of our breads, pastries and cakes. People from Botany and beyond stream into our Cafe for their regular breakfast or lunch, while loyal Brasserie Bread Heads come in to grab their favourite treat and chat to our bread specialists. Business as usual? Not quite – it’s more than a business. It’s a lifestyle. It’s a passion. It’s the addiction to baking the best bread there is, and making sure it lives up to everyone’s expectations of what a Brasserie (piece of) bread tastes like. And feels like. Making a connection to our people that lasts long after that last piece of sourdough has been swallowed is what we hope we can achieve.
